Gorgeous contemporary villa with a great view - located in front of Saint-Tropez

The small condominium composed of twin villas, built in 2014 in a contemporary style. It is located at the entrance to the prestigious Domaine de Beauvallon in the gulf of Saint-Tropez.
The villa enjoys a wonderful location with an amazing sea view in front of Saint-Tropez and is only a 5-minute walk from 2 sandy beaches, 3 km away from Port Grimaud and 4 km away from Sainte-Maxime.
Description of the villa:
On the ground floor:
A large living/dining room (TV)
A large fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living/dining room
A 2-person bedroom with 2 single beds and a TV
A 2-person bedroom with a bunk bed
A bathroom with shower and washbasin
A separate toilet
From the living room, you can directly access the terrace and the shared pool and green spaces.
Upstairs:
A 2-person bedroom for two people: 1 large bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, television, storage space with hangers, as well as a large terrace with a wonderful view.
A 2-person bedroom: 1 large bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, television, storage space with hangers, as well as a large terrace with a wonderful view.
There is air conditioning throughout the villa.
Travel crib with mattress and baby chair available.
Cleaning service during the stay is possible.
Community pool: 15x6-m with a maximum depth of 1.65 m.
Heated from May until the end of September.

Ein Traumvilla mit tollem Blick in einer sehr guten Lage. Der Gastgeber ist mega nett, hilfsbereit, unkompliziert und beantwortet schnell jede Frage. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool lassen keine Wünsche offen. Uns fehlte nichts, aber wirklich absolut nichts, an alles wurde gedacht und dazu ist die Villa auch Mega stylisch dekoriert.

Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist gut gelöst. Der eigene Garten ist ein Traum und die gemeinsame Poollandschaft ist großartig. Vom Haus hat man einen sensationellen Ausblick auf die Bucht. Da das Haus an der Hauptstraße liegt muss man sich mit dem Lärm arrangieren… wir wussten das! Wir haben zwei Wochen rundum genossen mit allen Annehmlichkeiten der Unterkunft und Umgebung. Wir würden wieder kommen 👍

The house feels like a proper home, has good quality interior and the kitchen is well equipped (and there is a Weber electric decent size BBQ in the garden). We were 6 adults with a 2 year old and a 5 year old and it didn't feel overcrowded. While in December our aim was sightseeing and culinary tourism (a lot of options within 15min to ca. 1h drive to keep you entertained for more than a week), there is a decent beach just across the road, 2-3min walk door-to-sea. Note the two single beds in the larger bedroom on the ground floor can be combined to form a double bed.

Villa située à 2 pas d’une jolie plage donnant accès à une mer propre, saine (posidonies, faune sous marine) et permettant les jeux des enfants. La piscine commune aux 5 villas est superbe et idéale pour les petits et grands. La villa est très confortable, bien équipée (air conditionné, cuisine, BBQ etc..). Seule la route qui passe à côté est très encombrée l’été et un peu gênante et aussi les réseaux téléphoniques et internet sont un à améliorer par la mairie. Propriétaire très aimable et réactif. Je recommande chaudement.

Rien à dire, tout était magnifique : l'emplacement de la maison, la propreté, l'accueil et la disponibilité de Patricia. Seuls inconvénients : wifi très difficile et léger bruit de circulation. Merci pour tout. Nous espérons revenir durant les beaux jours !

Thank you Pierre for being a wonderful host. Responsive, kind, flexible and willing to go the extra mile, A++ in my book. The Villa is tidy, tastefully decorated and just the right size. The villa is equipped with all the necessary equipment to fully enjoy staying indoors on a break day or to function as home base for sleeping and cooking. Also A+ We enjoyed our time here and if we are visiting the area again, we definitely will consider booking again. One tip for the non planning type of adventurers out there. A decent internet connection is hard to find in the area, plan you sightseeing before your trip. Full disclosure we live in the Netherlands and are quite spoiled internet wise, maybe for others this won’t be a problem at all and there are brochures and a tourist office to help you get started in the area. For all who read this and consider booking: enjoy your stay, you won’t be disappointed.

Sehr nette Komunikation und Betreuung! Der Pool und der Garten waren ein Traum, besonders für Kinder, aber auch für die Erwachsenen! Haus ist sehr schön Eingerichtet mit vielen schönen Details und einer Überproportionalen Ausstattung. Lage ist fantastisch! Die angrenzende Straße hat uns nicht gestört, wenn man die Straße überquert ist man gleich an 2 schönen kleinen Buchten. Wenn man 5-8 min. die Straße Richtung Port Grimaud läuft kommt ein großer, schöner und langer Strandabschnitt mit Restaurants am Strand. Kleiner Tip, Boot mieten in Port Grimaud und eine zwischen den Häusern schippern. Pampelonne Strand ist ca. 20min. mit dem Auto entfernt und ein Traum, aber nicht über Saint Tropez fahren wegen Stau, lieber über Ramatuelle. Negatives: W-Lan im Haus war teilweise ein bißchen schwach braucht man aber kaum. Ansonsten wunderschöne Tage im Paradies. :-)

Alles war prima, angefangen mit der Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer. Die anliegende Strasse ist einiges laut, aber das war uns bewusst. Im Haus sind selbst und am Strand hört man nix davon. Super sauber, inkl. Poollandschaft, alles notwendige ist vor Ort.

Nous étions deux familles de 4 personnes, avec des enfants de 2 à 7 ans. La maison est vraiment top et conforme aux photos et l'accès à la piscine partagée avec les autres maison de la copropriété bien sécurisé. On entend beaucoup la route mais ce désagrément est vite oublié vu la position de la maison avec une jolie plage à deux minutes à pied. Le propriétaire est très réactif et a toujours répondu à nos questions!

Très belle maison, bien aménagée pour la location, décorée avec beaucoup de gout . Communication très sympathique avec le propriétaire et accueil très agréable de la personne sur place .Un petit bémol sur le bruit lié à la proximité de la route et à quelques bruits de voisinage à certains moments ... La piscine commune après on aime ou pas mais cela s'est plutôt bien organisé et la piscine est grande .Nous avons passé des vacances très agréable avec nos enfants qui ont beaucoup apprécié le séjour et l'espace proposé par cette belle maison .Un très beau souvenir !

We stayed for one week and the house itself was clean and everything was fine. What nobody told us, was that towles and bedsheets cost extra. But all in all a great place to stay and nice hosts.
