「This home was one of the cleanest, well stocked rental we have ever stayed in. We really enjoyed our stay it was comfortable and in an excellent neighborhood, close to everything yet quiet. Kathy is wonderful to communicate with and we will return.」

「This home in College Station was very well kept and very clean. It was fully stocked as a home with a full kitchen, iron and ironing board, and extra pillows and blankets. Communication was SUPERB with the listing company - they were so responsive, even at 11pm at night when we checked in! I would absolutely stay here again when in College Station. Recommended stay at this location if you want a good clean, nice stay for 4 persons and don't want to be cramped into a small hotel room! 」

「This place is nothing short of amazing! I mean everything you need this house has it. From plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, more space, great kitchen for cooking and eating, beautiful patio, relaxing pool, gas grill and charcoal smoker, dock for the boat and jet skis, and much much more. We thoroughly enjoyed this home. Our family get together event was a success and this home played a huge part. Highly recommend it! I can go on and on...」

「We rented this home for a small graduation event. The house was perfect for our family, beautiful home with plenty of room for everyone. This home was close to town, including shops, restaurants and the highway, but located just outside the congestion of downtown. Being from out of town , we were thankful for this family friendly home to host our graduation event. 」

「Uptown Aggie was perfect for the family event, it definitely had the feel of an upscale hotel/resort and everything we could need for the weekend.」

「Great location and was perfect for our family of six (me, wife, grandma and three young teens). We were only in town for two nights and would have needed three hotel rooms to accommodate our group, so this was the perfect solution. Check-in was easy as was communicating with the host. The condo is well maintained and has everything you’d need. We didn’t cook anything, but the kitchen looked well equipped. The beds were also SUPER comfortable and we got great sleep over a busy weekend!」
