Beautiful and updated property. It’s nice to have the modern juxtaposition with the authentic Swiss surroundings. The staff was so kind and offered amazing local suggestions. They treated everyone like they were the only guests there. We did everything Svenja mentioned and had the best time. Fun story how the brothers run this spot and their parents run the hotel next door. Will be back!

It's super convenient location since bus station is in front of the hotel. The room is very clean and the high quality shampoo and body lotion Which made my staying comfortable. The staffs are professional and kind. Love this hotel. Highly recommend!

This was the quintessential hotel. It was perfectly located and absolutely beautiful. The staff could not have been any more accommodating and delightful! The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. The only thing that I would suggest to them is to provide larger bath towels. Aside from that, it was an exceptional stay and I would absolutely go back. And the views were outstanding.

Did not like $500/night and not have a shower cabin, disliked the "bathtub"shower setup. Some staff were rude and impatient, one even worked his middle finger into answering a question about riding a bus. Was a "take it or leave it" kind of situation, and no customer wants to be treated in such a way.

Hotel Fiescherblick is a true gem for those seeking a serene and luxurious mountain getaway. From the moment I arrived, I greated by such a nice staff; Eva. She was so sweet and hospitable. It had just snowed and we were captivated by the stunning views of the Eiger and surrounding peaks; a postcard-worthy panorama that seemed almost too good to be true. The charm of the hotel begins with its warm and welcoming staff, who go above and beyond to ensure your stay is flawless. The two brothers are amazing and treat everyone like family. Every interaction was friendly and genuine, making me feel right at home. They even upgraded us to a panoramic suite. My room was a cozy modern retreat, blending traditional Swiss alpine aesthetics with contemporary touches. The balcony view was the highlight, offering a private slice of paradise where I could unwind while soaking in the majesty of the mountains. For outdoor enthusiasts, the location is unbeatable. Whether you're hiking, skiing, or exploring Grindelwald, everything is within easy reach. After a day of adventure, the hotel’s tranquil ambiance provides the perfect place to relax and recharge. The jacuzzi and sauna for a small fee is a really amazing experience. And the serve you drinks there too!

If you are looking for a hotel in the Grindelwald area you should stay here. Everything about his hotel is outstanding. The rooms and the entire hotel are very clean and quiet. The view from our room of the snow-covered mountains was beautiful. The entire staff was wonderful. They are interested in making your stay with them feel like you are part of this family-owned hotel. They are celebrating their 125th anniversary this month. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and that things are right. The hotel is located within walking distance of shops and restaurants in town. We had dinner at their restaurant. It was quite a pleasurable experience. As good as any Michelin star restaurant. Everything was fresh and delicious. The servers (who were outstanding) explained how each dish was prepared as it was served. We ate breakfast at the hotel each day and found it to be excellent. There is a bus that stops at the front door that can take you to town or to the train station. Overall, our stay here was quite a pleasurable experience. We would stay here again for sure.

I can’t think of one negative thing to say about this hotel. The view from our room was right out of a storybook. The room was immaculate and had everything we needed and more. The staff was top notch. The included breakfast was wonderful. We had to leave very early on check out day to make our train and they arranged to have a packed breakfast/lunch ready for us. They took us to the train station, which would have been walkable, but it was so nice not to have to do that so early in the morning, and removed the stress of getting there on time. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Fiescherblick for making this one of the best traveling experiences we have ever had!

Very beautiful hotel. Staff is super friendly. There was no mini fridge in the room, which was fine for us. The panoramic room is super spacious, lots of room to put away your clothes. The pillows were a little flat. The views from the balcony were fantastic. The breakfast had a lot of options and something things were made fresh for you. Would stay here again.

The service was excellent - some of the best I've ever had at a hotel. They were looking to make your time the best whether w/ getting drinks/food for you, making sure you knew where you were going in area/had tickets, etc. The location was great (away from main tourist section) and the view from the rooms was amazing and unobstructed. The facilities were very clean, and they had a beautiful spa. Restaurant was incredible - great, free breakfast, and highly recommend their dinner, which was top notch. Definitely would go back.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. We would recommend the hotel to friends family and stay again. Rooms were clean and enjoyable. Staff was attentive and pleasant. Breakfast and Parking included. Stayed during Eiger trail race

The hospitality and accommodation at Hotel Fiescherblick made my trip enjoyable and smooth. The stunning view that greeted me every morning as I woke up was a wonderful way to start the day. This was followed by a great breakfast that was served. While the special details of the breakfast may not be apparent at first glance, the quality became evident once I tasted it. The hotel toiletries provided were of good quality. The location of the hotel was a bit far from the race start, but that allowed me to avoid the crowds and cheering during the event. Although the nearby church bell would occasionally ring, it did not disrupt my sleep at night. Lastly, I'm grateful to the hotel staff for arranging an early breakfast for me before I headed to the race. This was a thoughtful gesture that helped me prepare for the event. Overall, the comfortable accommodations, amenities, and attentive service at Hotel Fiescherblick contributed greatly to making my Eiger ultra trail experience a positive one.
