superbe maison ,spacieuse mais assez vétuste dommage..Emplacement top.Le ménage très moyen au niveau des sanitaires et de la cuisine! Poubelle et hotte immonde très rédhibitoire.casseroles et ustensiles sales en vrac.meubles extérieur et barbecue très sales.superbe séjour malgré tout!les couchages propres,les produits de toilettes et le linge très bien !( mettez des alèses partout par contre)On en garde quand même un bon séjour, Groix est magnifique.

Très bien placé pour profiter de Groix

Base idéale pour partir randonner sur les nombreux chemins dont le côtier. Proche des commerces et bar et restaurants ce lieu est idéal pour les groupes mais dommage que l’entretien global de cette grande maison soit si négligé.

Belle demeure proche de toutes les commodités gâchée par un manque d entretien.... La sécurité n est pas au rendez-vous pour les petits enfants : l électricité n est pas aux normes (fils électriques dénudés....) Quel dommage....

Très bon emplacement

Grande maison dans "son jus" mais confortable. La proximité avec le port et le bourg en font un agréable lieu de villégiature. Excellents échanges avec la propriétaire.Par contre le ménage laisse vraiment à désirer ! Peu de place dans la cuisine pour ranger les affaires, et les éléments four,frigo et lave vaisselle mériteraient d'être changés.

Vieille maison de charme Le seul problème est que nous avions réservé une maison avec 7 chambres et 6 salle de bain et que en fait il n'y en a que deux. Il serait bon d'envisager de changer les matelas qui s'écroule au milieu. Bon séjour quand même.

Une maison pleine de charme et d'histoire

Nous nous sommes réunis pour fêter nos 70 ans avec enfants et petits-enfants ( 13 personnes). Cette maison pleine de charme est chargée d'un passé que nous aimerions connaître. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous et avons passé une semaine très harmonieuse. Bien sûr, elle mériterait quelques rénovations (électricité, plomberie, plafonds...) mais telle quelle, elle a parfaitement répondu à notre attente.

Une maison de caractère idéalement située

La maison est très bien équipée, confortable et a du cachet ! Le jardin est très appréciable, calme et bien orienté. Tout est bien prévu pour accueillir un grand groupe (espace détente dans le salon, espace salle à manger et terrasse). La localisation est parfaite, toute proche du port, des commerces et des restaurants/bars, sans que ce soit bruyant. Seul bémol : ménage à 110 euros, un peu cher pour l'état de la maison (beaucoup de poussière, vaisselle rangée assez sale et frigo que nous avons dû nettoyer à notre arrivée).

Maison bien placée dans Groix près du bourg. idéal pour un groupe de 13 personnes. Super espace extérieur avec grande table. petit bémol manque des rangements dans la cuisine pour ranger les provisions. Les copains d'abord.

Séjour agréable à Groix

Maison, pouvant accueillir beaucoup de monde, bien située entre le Port et le bourg. Une réserve sur la propreté de la vaisselle. Et ce serait bien de pouvoir faire l’obscurité dans les chambres par des rideaux ou des volets Sinon, rien à dire, tout s’est très bien passé.

Maison avec bcp de charme dans n environnement bien placé

le temps étant pluvieux nous aurions aimé pouvoir disposer de livres , documents sur groix et jeux qui étaient enfermés dans la bibliothéque la maison a vraiment une âme ,il faut l'apprécier dans son"jus" et ses souvenirs merci de la confiance accordée par les propriétaires Un bémol quand même, les installations électriques sont un peu vétustes si on y va avec des enfants

Notre groupe de 11 copains a apprécié cette belle et grande maison bien située. Ameublement, décoration et authenticité nous ont donné la bonne impression d'être accueilli chez un proche et pas dans un logement tristement standardisé.

Maison très conviviale

Avons passé un excellent séjour à 11 personnes + 4 qui nous rejoignaient pour les repas .Il faisait beau et le jardin avec sa tonnelle nous ont ravis . Maison atypique , spacieuse , juste un petit rafraîchissement des murs et plafonds serait un mieux .On pourrait y revenir avec plaisir .
