“Séjour très agréable,nous avons été accueillis par les propriétaires de l'hôtel malgré l'heure tardive très chaleureusement, ceux-ci nous ont conseillé un très bon restaurant pas très loin de l'hôtel. Durant notre séjour nous nous sommes sentis comme en famille.La sympathie de ce couple n'est pas feinte.Ils sont très sociables et gentils. “Our family of five (2 adults and 3 teenaged boys) loved our 5-night stay here! There are so many hiking spots available right out the door and Stephen was very gracious with giving us recommendations. Arrival was very easy - they have a door camera and remotely let you in when you arrive. Afterwards, you have access to the keys to come and go as you wish. The back porch area was really nice, and the entire place was very clean. My only suggestion would be to provide drapes to cover the glass……

"This hotel fully deserves five-star rating, from the helpful and friendly reception, the modern and comfortable room (and indoor pool and spa), good housekeeping service to the excellent on-site restaurant. I'm particularly impressed by François and his team at the on-site ski shop. They took good care of my equipment and gave me very good boot adjustment advice (virtually saved me from getting a new ski boots!). The proximity to the ski slopes is a big plus. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Le Lac looking for a well pampered ski holiday. "
