“Es war ganz toll dort. Die Vermieterin hat einen sehr freundlich begrüßt und auch verabschiedet. Von ihr gab es auch einige Tipps für die Umgebung, vor allem wo man gut mit einem Hund hingehen kann. Die Räume sind schön hell freundlichen eingerichtet. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und es gibt eine offene und einen überdachten Bereich. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Und es gibt ganz viele tolle Laufstrecken rundherum. ”

Das nötigste: Der Kühlschrank zieht Wasser; wahrscheinlich ist die Dichtung nicht mehr in Ordnung. Ein Neuer wäre angebracht. Die Türe des Backofens hängt manchmal an der Wand ein. Einbaumöbel zu wackelig. Badlicht duster; neue Lampe wäre schön. Nicht unbedingt nötig, aber zu empfehlen: Die Matratzen des Doppelbettes sind……
