“AMAZING! ”

“It's always clean and neat when visiting Lauberge in Baton Rouge, La. Plenty of self parking in the garage or lot. Or you can valet for free. Only thing I miss when I visit is having a minifridge in my room. But the positives far outweigh a minifridge. ”

“Wonderful experience. Great value, convenient location, and a safe place to stay during my business trip. The breakfast was also plentiful. Highly recommended and would definitely choose again.”

“The entire hotel reeked of weed. From the lobby, up the elevator and into our no smoking room. Room was not clean. Stains and hair on the bedside lampshade. Carpet did not appear cleaned in years. There were objects under the carpet. Not small objects either. The AC didn’t cool effectively and room was sticky humid. The water did get very hot and the water pressure was excellent. So not a total loss, but not worth more than one star. Would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. ”

“Our room was excellent except the thermostat had it's own mind! Breakfast was great! A good variety of choices and everything we had was tasty! The staff was accommodating, welcoming and friendly! ”

“I don't normally leave a bad review, but I feel this situation warranted one so that these items can be addressed or at least the public will be informed. First, the property is still branded as a Super 8. I live in town and I felt confused when I drove up, so I imagine anyone from out of town would be, as well. I did not see any Staywell branding or signs. Secondly, I don't feel the employee working the Front Desk was very helpful, nor was he courteous. I walked in and mentioned that I may be……

“The room was dirty they did not clean it properly my 1 year old was able to pull a condom from under the bed left by the previous occupants and when I mentioned something to the Front desk staff they refused to do anything and said it’s not there responsibility to clean the room I should have checked under the bed and made sure the room was clean…asked to speak to the manager the employee proceeded to lie and say he was the manager and when I asked again he stated the manager wasn’t on the……

“I usually don't leave bad reviews but there was mold in the corner ceiling of the bathroom and looked like it was ganna fall in. The tv didn't work. The only good things was the room was cold. ”
