Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace where you can soak up the sun on the Isle of Beauty. The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A 17 m² west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather and its view of the sanguinaries and the magnificent sunsets.

- A swimming pool (not heated) within the residence, 10 minutes walk from the flat, open from mid-May to the end of October (opening dates not contractual, subject to modification by the residence).
The flat is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in a very pleasant environment 10 minutes walk from the beaches and the centre of Porticcio. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also from boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
