“There was no coffee in the room. When we asked for some, the young man at the desk said he did not have the key to the cupboard that held the coffee. He said the person would come in 1 hour and then he could get it for us. The person never came and we kept checking over the evening. There is strangely no place for 2 people to sit in the Luca suite. There is 1 chair in kitchen but no table to eat at. There is 1 chair on the balcony. There is no couch. “Our hosts were amazing and the hotel was convenient to lots of wonderful restaurants and tons of shopping. If you are renting a car, it’s not very convenient to drive around the town or park. If you have a difficult time walking around or using stairs, you should know, the hotel has some pretty challenging stairs. It’s also not at all close to the beach which we would have loved to have known ahead of time. If you want to be close to town, this is definitely the hotel for you. We chose a regular……

“This property is okay for a last minute one night stay as it is tired and worn out. Our toilet seat was very loose, the shower door didn't fit properly and sleeping on the waterproof undersheet was delightful! We were unable to sit out on our terrace area as the bushes were overgrown and it was crawling with ants. It's overpriced for what you get.”

“We were greeted with warm smiles and kindness. Our Room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The hotel is decorated with local artifacts and colors. Breakfast was very nice, with a wide selection of breads, meats, and cheeses, and of course great coffee. The hotel has a restaurant attached and we had all of our lunches and dinners because the food and service were great! We could walk to hiking trails, the City Center, and of course the beach. We look forward to returning. ”
