“We had a wonderful week at this location. When we walked in the door the house smelled so clean and fresh! And it was clean from top to bottom! The Kitchen had everything that we needed and we enjoyed eating there with our whole family! The house was perfect for the 10 of us that stayed there. Beds were clean and comfortable. The kids and adults loved the game room. The screened in back porch was such a nice place to set and just visit. Paula was wonderful to answer all of our questions and she……

“This cottage was the perfect place for a weekend getaway in the Charlottesville area! It has a nice secluded feel and yet is close to wineries, grocery stores, etc. We were not bothered at all by the train or cars on 250. The house itself is even more charming than in the pictures with carefully selected touches for a tea room vibe. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Mary was very responsive to questions and all instructions were very helpful. I would definitely love to return!”

“Me and 9 members of my family stayed comfortable, the parking was very tight for 4 vehicles, we had a few issues but they were taken care of the same day or by the next day. We did have to do a little cleaning when we got there as well, but we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, the movie theater and all the activities in the resort”
