Spacious. Plenty of amenities. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning was sufficient. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and more than ample. “My husband and I arrived early, while the cleaning staff were finishing up. We were able to drop our bags and head off for a cappuccino and pastry, and the apartment was ready shortly.The apartment is very roomy, with a nice balcony overlooking the “rock”. We were very close to the best locations to take stunning photos at sunset and sunrise.Our host provided breakfast both days, as well as fruit, juice, milk, espresso machine and sweets. She asked what we wanted for breakfast the second day and……

“This room was so nice!! Perfectly walkable to everything you want to see in Matera. The owners of the property were so nice and helpful as well. We would love to stay again!”

“The cave was absolutely beautiful. The view was stunning. The welcome was lovely. You can walk everywhere. It’s a very quiet area. You have to park your car on the outskirts of the town, pay for public parking, and also pay for a tax- |~ extra 60 euros . Despite all that, our stay was excellent.”

“The apartment is roomy and nicely equipped with modern conveniences. Less than a 15 minute, mostly flat, walk to the sassi (old town.) The host was great, quickly responding to my questions. Would stay here again.”

“The condo is a short walk from the centre. No elevator makes for getting luggage to the condo a work out. However when you open the door it is worth the effort. Pictures are very accurate, it is a large condo. Our host left a very nice surprise of breakfast items. The bedrooms are large and lots of storage. The host was easy to communicate with and quick response. Prrhaps one day we will return to this amazi g cindo in a beautiful city. ”

“Great location, 5 minute walk to the main piazza and a view of the Sassi. Clean and modern.The owners were kind and the communication was great. They left us some drinks and snacks which was a nice touch. Highly recommend Matera and this location 👍👍👍 ”
