“The owners of Kon Tiki were both extremely nice and truly cared that everything was perfect for our stay. We had mentioned we were going to BBQ lobster and within minutes one of the owners was at the BBQ pit with everything we could need to BBQ. Our room was very clean with a small refrigerator, microwave and 2 top stove.”

“We were so please with this home! The pool and pool area was amazing, with great privacy and tropical foliage all around. Communication with the homeowner was very easy. The home had everything we needed for our month long stay. The beds were comfortable, as was the living area. The location was perfect, central to the beaches and activities of Venice & Englewood. We would deffinetley stay there again if visiting Venice!”

“They were so accommodating at Tropical Villas. As part of your stay you had beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, coffee pods, sand sifter, beach towels (all in your villa). On-site you have access to use bicycles and washer n dryer at no extra charge. The Elite Villa we stayed in had direct access to the enclosed bug free pool. Our room was extremly clean and reminiscent of old school Florida cottage. The grounds were lush and they even had a sweet little wild brown bunny who wondered around……

“We just bought a new home near Lemon Bay. It wasn’t ready so we had to look for reasonable accommodations for a week. We had some time to relax here because that’s what you do in Englewood. Very responsive host, clean, neat cottage among 9 others. The Sunsets were out of this world, the beach was 1 mile away. The people friendly and the pool refreshing. It’s not a 5 star resort BUT Better! No noisy crowds, fish off the long dock, read in the hammock! No one to bother you so make your own Pina……

“Great house but paid more than 800 for pool heat for 4 days and never heated up. Beautiful media room but instructions on how to use the TV would have been helpful. Very well stocked and great location. Hopefully a heated pool monies will be refunded.”

“This rental was very dreamy. It was clean, affordable, easy to talk to the landlord, and had many ammenities. They had some beach equiptment for when we went to the beach as well as beach towels. “I was in town for work and this studio was in the absolute best location for me. 20 minutes from work and family and only few minutes to downtown Venice. The studio was in a perfect location. It's in a very quaint little neighborhood. It was very clean and the property taken care of. Laurie reached out a few times to make sure my stay was going well. She was very attentive to her guest. I will 100% be booking here agian for my trips.”
