「Staff: Nice and helpful. They will assist you and answer your questions if you have any problems
Room: Clean and comfortable. The whole room is good to me. Very clean in both the toilet and bed. Comfortable bed
Equipments: Almost all you are looking for are provided. Conditioner, shampoo, hair-dryer, safe...etc
Location: near bus station connecting to Stratford. If you don't mind to change bus and tube, it is good.

「I was extremely surprised. This was a hidden gem! I was surprised it was equipped with all amenities; kettle, toaster, microwave, dining seating as well as a 2-ring stove. A really lovely accommodation, we were taken aback. The property owner was lovely, pleasant and friendly, he really took the time to show us where everything was. We will most definitely be staying here again in the future.」

「We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available.
And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.」

「We spent 2 nights here. Reception staff is nice and friendly. The first night wasn’t very good cause our room was so close to the restaurant from ground floor. The restaurant played loud music until 2pm which made us didn’t sleep well. We’ve talked to the reception immediately but not much improvement about the noise.
However we were offered a different on the next day, which was so quiet and even a bigger room. We really appreciate they made this room change for us.
