“Place is nice with clean rooms and amenities. It is close to what we wanted to do and quiet when we wanted. The only issue was at check in. There was a resort fee that was not mentioned in the listing. Then before they would give us our keys they wanted to schedule a sales presentation. They would ask questions but didn't seem to understand the word no. We had dinner reservations and needed to get checked in, unpack, and go. We were late for our dinner reservations. “The house was perfect. But, There weren’t enough towels so bring your own. There were not enough warm blankets so bring your own. Bring you hair dryer if you need one. The sheets are cheap polyester. The furniture was cheap ikea specials. Usually, I have experienced luxury at a VRBO but this place was lacking. The yard is good for older kids. ”

“This property was clean and fresh and well appointed. We cooked a full Thanksgiving meal and the kitchen had everything we needed to pull off a wonderful holiday meal. We have stayed at a number of VRBOs over the years and the supplies provided here were plentiful, especially when compared to the meager supplies other hosts have provided. The host was exceptionally responsive and professional. If we were to visit the Williamsburg area in the future, I would definitely want to stay here……
