This was a very last minute trip and we didnt know what to expect and were pleasantly surprised by the incredible and magical place that is Evergreen Lodge. SUPER family focused, clean and just magical. Everything about this was excellent. The general store has incredible snack and food options and very healthy and a barista. The one thing we didnt do is pack more food so that the meals and snacks didnt add up to so much. But now we know what to stock up on and we will be coming again very soon.

Property and the food at the restaurant was great! Our room, Muir 6, smelled of natural gas terribly upon arrival. The mattress and the pillow were the worst my husband and I have ever slept on, it really put a damper on our whole trip.

This property is fabulous. We only got to stay one night if we ever go back to Yosemite. I will stay there in a heartbeat. My kids wanted to stay another night. It felt very nostalgic to me of YMCA of the Rockies is growing up, not near as big, but just the overall vibe they had crafts out which my son loved doing, the restaurant was delicious at breakfast. They had a very well stocked store and gift shop. We arrive late at night and there were people quietly sitting around a fire pit and enjoying that we had no trouble finding our cabin and they made the check in late very easy by having an envelope with our room, key and directions on how to find our cabin the cabins were adorable very basic but adorable and what you expect when you want a national Park cabin vibe the property is a good 30 minutes from Yosemite Village but it’s a beautiful drive going down there although this is well off the beaten path was easy to find. Make sure you’re download your directions though because you will lose Internet service on your GPS luckily we had the directions downloaded before we started out. We stayed in a cabin with bunkbeds and a queen size bed and it was very comfy. They had games for encouraged for people to play at night, not a lot of extra room in the cabin, but it was perfect for our needs the properties. Staff was very helpful the next day on where to go in Yosemite gave us detailed mapsI noticed they had Tours you could book

We stayed for a night while catching majestic view of Hetch Hetchy.

I rarely write reviews, but this one is too good to pass up. If you want to relax and unwind without missing out on fun activities, this is the perfect place to stay. The property's ambiance is cozy and tranquil, and the amenities are excellent. I particularly loved the large heated pool and the sunset view deck.
The cabin met our cleanliness standards, and the service was prompt and friendly. The property is less than 30 minutes away from Hetch Hetchy, where Wapama Falls is located. You definitely don't want to miss this trail if you're visiting Yosemite. If you go in early spring, you might even walk under a rainbow while enjoying the refreshing mist from the thundering waterfalls. Too bad, we did not find the pot of gold lol!
I can't wait to return; we are already planning our next stay!

What a magical place. This was the most well maintained, beautifully staffed, comfortable good vibe spot. A great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings while also having all the conveniences. We loved our dinners at the tavern, complimentary smores each night, gorgeous sunsets, comfortable chill spots and hot and spacious jacuzzi. Thanks for a great stay!

A lovely resort tucked away in the lower montane forest, with many cottages and cabins. Parking can be a bit far depending on your location, but they have luggage carts. WiFi and internet were great, WiFi calling worked well (note there is zero cellular service from any provider). Restaurant and tavern had great food and service.
