Upon arrival the property had not been cleaned after the previous guest had stayed there, and no one was available to come clean it and was not able to get a hold of cleaning staff at all. Our first night was spent doing laundry and cleaning. We were not satisfied with the fact that the only thing management would do was refund the cleaning fee, but we felt that was not sufficient considering we lost a whole evening of our vacation
