Upon entering the home the large wooden ceilings that stretch to the sky will provide the open concept to enjoy with your family and friends.

Upstairs Living Room - Relax on our spacious and comfortable leather sofa while watching the brand new 65" UHD LG Smart TV equipped to login to all your favorites like Netflix, Hulu, Disney, Prime, and more. Enjoy premium audio through the bluetooth Sonos system. During the colder months you can stay warm with the large wood burning fireplace.

Kitchen Area - We have a well-stocked kitchen with a stove, oven, high powered microwave, brand new quiet dishwasher, brand new large refrigerator, and freezer, air fryer equipped toaster, and a coffee maker.

Main Level Deck - Just off the main living area take in breathtaking views and mountain air on our spacious deck. Relax around our gas fireplace on the very cushy couch and chairs. If you want to dine outside under the stars. We have a dining table with 6 chairs. The deck also has string lighting which is perfect for a little ambient light at night. For you grilling enthusiasts. Please enjoy our gas BBQ.

Main level Bedroom - King Bed memory foam mattress for ultimate comfort. There is ample closet space and a separate twin bed which is perfect for parents with small children. The room has a wall mounted TV, with a firestick that has all your favorites ready to be logged into. Just outside the bedroom is a full bathroom with a shower and tub.

Upstairs Master Bedroom - Ultra Plush Aireloom King Bed with premium bedding. Walk in stand up shower.

Downstairs Game Room - Down the stairs from the main level you will find the fun zone! Our game room is perfect for everyone. The 75" UHD smart TV surrounded by a plush leather couch that is perfect to sink into for movie night. Need some extra seating? Pull out the large cloud like bean bag chair, that also folds out into a king bed for extra sleeping space. Play some pool, ping pong, air hockey, or shuffleboard while watching a game. Need a drink for the game? You don't have to go very far. The game room has its very own bar. Get warmed up for the golf course while playing our Golden Tee Arcade game. The room comes equipped with a Sonos sound bar as well!

The downstairs also has two bedrooms. One has a king bed with a plush memory foam mattress. The other room has a comfortable Queen bed, and a bunk bed with a Full mattress on the bottom and twin on top.

There is a washer and dryer located in the room right behind the bar. Our home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning. All the rooms have portable fans.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay with the exception of the garage.

Other things to note
No pets are allowed at the home. The home is in a gated community and HOA rules require all guests to pay $44 per each car in your group per duration of your stay. Smoking, vaping, hookah, e-cigarettes and other similar devices are not allowed inside or around the home.
