“My room has a stale mildew smell and the dresser cabinet door to the fridge was broken. There was rust on desk lamps, etc. I contacted the front desk and they were very professional and helpful. They met me upstairs and moved me to another room very quickly. That room was much better! Kudos to the front desk staff! Breakfast was good, providing quite a few options for this price point, including sausage and eggs.”

Hand towel holder next to vanity fell off ( barely attached to wall). Filthy stained carpeting (giant mystery stain between beds). Funky smell. Standard hotel breakfast fare. Staff was helpful and courteous when smoke detector went off for no reason, twice. Front desk at check-in could not tell me what rate difference there was, if any, between……
