The management are wonderful people. The rooms are very clean and nice. The breakfast isn't the best breakfast bar, but it gets the job done. I like the convenience of the location and the price is great for someone with a budget. Although, it's not a 4 star hotel, the rooms are very well taken care of, the pillows are comfy and you don't have to worry about shady people there; at least that's been my experience. I go to this hotel often when I visit with my family.

Stay was okay, rooms were relatively clean, A/c worked, and staff worked to make things right. Some things could use correction like the pool needs new cleaning nets, the pool shower needs a pull line, could use fresh coffee, and a better breakfast and though it was a continental, it was very minimal and not enough for a hotel. Other than that good stay.

Staff was very accommodating with coffee and towels as I had a do not disturb sign up my whole stay. Area was a little sketchy, but since I’m not from here, this may be a one off. Room was comfortable and met my needs with a nice comfortable bed. I would stay here again.

The room was clean. They are stingy with the air conditioning. Other than our room It was only running in the breakfast room, not in the lobby or in the hallways. The breakfast was adequate but the waffle mix container leaked constantly and the waffle syrup handle was bent and needs replacing. I slept well. It was quiet at night, no noise. The glass in the elevator and the steel doors on the elevator had handprints on them like no one was cleaning them .The bathroom on the bottom floor had no paper towels the entire three days we were there. This is a bare bones establishment. It is obvious they are trying to cut costs and it diminishes the overall experience which is unfortunate.

Room was ok the bathtub looked like there was something cleaners couldn’t get out. Otherwise room was clean & hotel quiet. There was ice buildup by the side entrance door that could have been a safety issue. Staff very nice & breakfast ok.

Overall, my stay was good. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had great hot water. The food was decent as well, so no complaints there. However, my experience with the front desk staff could have been much better. The staff member who checked me in came across as rude—when asking for my ID, it felt more like a demand than a polite request. There was also confusion about my reservation. I had booked a king-size bed, but I was told I had reserved two beds. Even after showing my confirmation, I was still told I was incorrect, which was frustrating. Aside from the check-in experience, everything else about the stay was enjoyable. With better customer service at the front desk, this would have been a great stay.
