Residence "Les Amandines". In the resort, 1 km from the centre, 600 m from the sea. For shared use: swimming pool (9 x 19 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Parking. Shop 100 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar 100 m, bus stop 50 m, sandy beach "du Grazel" 200 m. Tennis 800 m. Nearby attractions: Réserve Africaine de Sigean 29 km, cité de carcassonne 71 km, espace balnéoludique Gruissan 1.2 km, plage des chalets 5 km. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Narbonne Plage, 10 km. The photograph shows a typical example.
1-room terraced house 27 m2 on 2 levels. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with veranda with 1 double sofabed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, microwave). Bath/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Upper floor: gallery with rooflight with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Terrace 10 m2, east facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 325. Please note: apartment street side. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). quelle décéption !

Jolies photos.... trompeuses ! - logement minuscule - chambre à l'étage très difficile d'accès, sans lumière du jour (minuscule lucarne), très mal isolée donc ambiance étouffante) - équipements vieillots - coin cuisine exigu : pas de place pour utiliser bouilloire, cafetière et grille- pain, gazinère usagée - salle de bains décrépite - installation électrique désuète (beaucoup de multi-prises) - ... - logement bruyant : à 5 m d'une route très passante, fête foraine proche ( nuisances sonores de 22h00 à 2h00) Conclusion : Rapport qualité prix NUL !!!! On ne nous reprendra pas 2 fois ! A ne conseiller qu'à son meilleur ennemi

Conforme mais..

Maison conforme à l'annonce et fonctionnelle pour les vacances. 2 gros bémols : Le sol était très sale et collant à notre arrivée. La serpillière n'était pas lavée et beaucoup de poussière à de nombreux endroits. Étant donné que sur l'annonce la localisation exacte n'est pas précisée, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise en arrivant de nous retrouver face aux pompiers et route très passante.
