Our accommodation is located in Gruissan, in a holiday residence. This apartment is a spacious duplex and has a large outdoor terrace with views of the port and the pool. The residence enjoys an ideal location, close to the various day and night activities offered by the municipality. This apartment is a spacious duplex of 53 m², offering a pleasant living room and a fully equipped kitchen, accompanied by a dining room. Upstairs, you will find two comfortable bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed and the other with a 160 cm bed. The bathroom is also located upstairs, while a separate toilet is accessible on the ground floor. The apartment has a large terrace equipped for meals, equipped with a blind, as well as a large terrace that can be used as a solarium. The residence is also equipped with a communal swimming pool. SARL BABEX has a steward on site who takes care of the entrances/exits, as well as all questions relating to life in the apartment.
