“Very quiet and secluded. The place is clean and plenty of plates and utensils. Lots of pots and pans. We didn't try the hot tub or fire pit due to the weather, but everything was where it should be. Make sure to pay attention to the notices on the fridge for places to go and the shower hot water. Other than that, amazing time and just what was needed. I can't recommend it enough.”

“Cozy and in the perfect location. The private parking in the back was PERFECT it was only 3 a visit. Arcade down the street was fun and affordable in Jefferson‘s has amazing wings.”

“Our host was so welcoming! This is a cozy and comforting place with a nice little kitchen, washer and dryer, books, puzzles, games, good bathroom, bedding and towels. Felt very much at home. Very easy in and out in quiet neighborhood with hiking trails just out back, horses and goats nearby and central campus a 2 minute drive. We loved our time here! ”

“Host was awesome. Had an issue with hot tub but it was taken care of right away. Heater was a little weird. Remote didn’t work for it and it was stuck on Celsius but not a big deal to me. I will definitely be back”

“The home was just as advertised. My family (ages 65 to 6) had a wonderful time relaxing and fishing. There was enough space in the house for everyone to spread out and find an activity. The property down to the dock was very level, and the view was spectacular. The home was also an easy drive into Chattanooga and close to a grocery store. The only negative, which is out of the owners’ control, was the road to the home. It is narrow. If you are bringing your own boat, be prepared to back it into……
