We kayaked, played in the river, enjoyed the firepit, and explored downtown Seguin and the Riverwalk. The kids also enjoyed the amusement park close-by. The house feels secluded yet close to shopping. The house was stocked and had tons of toys, bikes, puzzles, and river gear to use. I appreciate how attentive and kind the homeowner was as well. We……

“This place was awesome. It's close enough to San Marcos to go to stores/restaurants and far enough away from any crowds. You have direct access to the river which is very calm. I was able to SUP up river with no problem and relax on the float back to the house. The house is nice, clean, and cozy as well. I would definitely rent this house again.”
