「DeSolina was a charming fun little cottage in a winery. I suggest arriving before sunset because it does awfully dark and finding parking and front door was a challenge. Thankfully Dean was on hand to help us . Otherwise it was a great stay. 「This is the most excellent location EVER! Literally walk through the complex and open a gate to the sand. Beautiful ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. It’s in the heart of downtown Pismo next to the Cinnamon Roll shop and Splash Cafe. Comes with a garage so you never have to look for parking. Check in and communication was prompt and clear. The place was spacious and clean. It did show some wear from lots of use…broken door handle, screen door off track, dings on some walls....

「The property is great. My only challenge was the master bedroom is located next to a busy street. So the traffic was a little loud. Also, the security gate shares the same wall as the bed, so as people walked in, the gate would slam- which was very loud. But the owners have no control over that. The owners were super organized, loved the color coded keys and lock box. Everything was in pristine condition. 」

「Everything was great. Just make sure you are at the right unit because the map gives you the condo complex address instead of the actual unit address. Very clean, host was so kind and even brought us fresh corn! We had all we need there! And the beach access was great (be prepared for a lot of stairs though but that’s normal in Pismo. 」

「We loved our stay here, it was exactly where we wanted to be and had the amenities we wanted! Easy to get to, parking was easy to find, and the check in/out process was relatively easy. Not to mention the absolute best view in Pismo! Only a couple of (extremely minor) details that would have made our stay more effortless and perfect than it already was: you do have to pick up your keys at the rental office vs keyless entry or lockbox on the property and we knew there would not be beach chairs...
