“schone kamer, comfortabele bedden en sanitair.”

“Beautiful property. Very quaint. Conveniently down the road to Monet Gardens, house and museum. Lovely breakfast.”

“The hotel is charming and in a lovely setting on the river. It feels like they have recently updated the rooms and bathrooms but the carpets are horrendous. When you walk into the hallways the stains are so bad that I didn't want to stay there and was immediately worried about the rooms. The rooms were nice but with the same terrible carpet. FIrst impressions matter and it is a bad first impression. The restaurant is wonderful, breakfast was great with views of the river. No elevator to……

“J'ai réservé cette chambre juste pour dormir car travaux dans la nouvelle maison de ma fille et c'est très calme j'ai dormi comme jamais ”

“The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Will definitely stay there again next time. ”

“Juste parfait ”

“Il fait chaud dans la chambre le ventilateur c’est pas assez. Il faut la climatisation à part ça c’est top”

“Très bon séjour, seul point négatif qu'il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude dans la salle de bain.. autrement le reste du service convenable et personnel très accueillant surtout la personne du petit déjeuner ;)”

“Alt var til et ok, men alt for dyrt i forhold til andre steder. Fint med gratis parkering. Morgenmaden kunne godt blive bedre.”

“I rated most things terrible because we were unable to locate the actual hotel accommodations. There was no reception of any kind at the address provided and it looked liked abandoned property. We had to make arrangements for another hotel and lost our entire payment at this property. We emailed with our concerns to the property and Expedia and got no response from either. A big ripoff.”

“The shower was not hot and it came out rustic and smelly. Breakfast was good and sufficient. Parking was plentiful. The hotel is tired, needs a bit of revamp, more cheerfulness. We found it dark and dingy.”

“Chambre propre, confortable et calme. Plus aménagée que je ne m'y attendais avec coin cuisine et grande choix de vaisselle. Propriétaires très accueillants”

“Lovely host (owner?) welcomed us. Little english but good use of translation app. Small, quiet property with a nice view over the valley. Room was new and very well done and equipped with everything one would need. Continental breakfast was a nice touch. The rooms are laid out such that other guests walk past your patio and doors which is probably unavoidable but obviously has an impact on privacy. The grounds are only partially complete but it really isn't an issue. I suppose the oddest issue……
