Good location. Big rooms, tastefully deco
The location is superb. We arrive a bit early 12:00 noon but the hotel was able to provide us the 2 rooms. We booked the deluxe room and the hotel upgraded us for a one room suite. We love it. It was spacious, clean and well equip. The only drawback was in the middle of the night there was a sudden smell of cigarette smoke. lassume it was coming from another room in the level. It would be best if the hotel strictly asked the guest that indoor smoking is not permitted in the hotel. Other than that we love this hotel and will return.

就像是每一次來這裡住的一樣，非常好的環境，舒適的房間，便利的交通。 只能說沒有缺點了。 如果真的要挑毛病的話，可能是我在生日當天入住，入住的時候竟然沒有留意到當天是我的生日。或許是我太挑惕了吧，但是一間規模如此大的連鎖飯店或許應該留意一下這個細節。 不管如何，很好的飯店，來廣州必待的地方。

No hot water
The room is big but looks old. The terrible experience is that there was no hot water after my kids' bathing. We called to the reception and they told us to wait around 15 minutes for the hot water again. It was not acceptable to happen in such a big complex. Except the hot water issue, other experience was fine especially there are massage chairs and golf playing room which were fun and relaxing.

The location of the hotel is in the excellent MTR station. Besides , there is a mall just at the ground floor level of the hotel. Moreover, there are many restaurants for choice!

第2次住這品牌的公寓，很滿意
第2次住這品牌的公寓，很滿意。就是因為多日本人住，小朋友都會到遊戲室，因此有點迫。泳池要帶泳帽，沒準備，結果只能在旁邊的小池玩玩。 石牌地鐵站口就在附近。如果打車的話要注意時間，可能會塞車。

最滿意的地方是地點超方便，跟萬菱匯相通，地鐵出來就到達，完全不用走到外頭淋到雨。房間內部整體來說可以，就是隔音不是很好，可以聽到隔壁的關門聲，位在電梯附近的房間還可以聽到電梯到達樓層”叮”的聲音......最不滿意的是辦理入住櫃檯的職員態度，非常需要加強員工培訓，就算再忙也是整個酒店的門面，對待客人應有耐心以及禮貌，不是依照客人的國籍給予不同臉色，這點讓我非常失望。
