離地鐵站有點遠，但離荔灣湖公園很近。酒店設施較舊，淋浴水力弱，但房間蠻大，尚算整潔。晚上較靜，早上樓下都是小吃店，挫挺方便的。

Decent hotel close to metro and KFC.

The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. The price is good for Guangzhou and the location is close to some interesting old streets with lots of character. The metro is close and a KFC and Pizza Hut. Good internet if you plug in. Wifi not so good. I always plug in with an ethernet cable.

good room but staff not helpfull

Hotel with confortable room, not too small. Price correct for the area which is about 15min by taxi to railway station. However young staff working after 10pm not professional, don t speak basic english and give no information about restaurants even with a good translator application. So avoid this hotel if you need help by the reception staff.

広い部屋で快適

地下鉄駅から少し離れていますが、部屋は広くて快適でした。ホテルの前が高速道路なのでうるさいかと思いましたが思いの外静かでしたt。また、高速道路の向こうは公園があり朝の散歩に丁度いいです。

We stayed 2 nights. Our stay was pleasant, but used only for sleeping there - arriving 10pm and leaving by 10am next morning. Read on some review sites (Chinese) that people had to pay for hot water - this was NOT our case and hot water was available. 5th floor room facing the road in front of the hotel is not an issue. Decor so so - do not expect miracles, but room generally clean. Only downside was the lack of a door between the bedroom and bathroom.

酒店房間尚算整潔，但四周配套極不方便

第一敗點是指引錯誤，根據酒店網頁指示(看附圖)是中山八路地鐵站B出口前行5分鐘便到，但其實應該是A出口向後行(天橋方向),這個錯誤導致浪費接近一小時才找到目的地(嘗試不停問路人，包括公安和的士司機，但都冇人知到應該往那走，最終要走入另一家酒店才問出答案)。另外，酒店四周是沒有超市及便利店的，要買吃的需走起碼十分鐘路程，選擇的房間是5樓面對整個荔灣公園湖景，但不幸是酒店跟湖之間是隔著一度來回不知是六線還是八線的行車天橋，可想像那噪音有多大吧。 說回酒店內部尚算可以，房間是我住過價錢相近，同級數中最好的一間，房間清潔度高，電視真的是每個台可以清楚有畫面，只是沖涼有點水壓不足，熱水是夠熱，牙膏牙擦要比錢買，提供的拖鞋不是一次性的，冇小雪櫃。 至於前台人員是樂意幫忙(問過三，四個，只有一個hae答)，包括問酒店以外的事情也樂於幫忙，夜半出行也告訴我們的士車費大概多少，及提醒應走那條路到目的地，又主動到房間處理電視遙控問題。

Good hotel, inconvenient location

The hotel is good. The staff was friendly, though we had some language difficulties. The biggest issue is with the neighbourhood. There are not a lot of cafe's and restaurants nearby, or even convenience stores. It's nice with the park across the street from there, but otherwise there aren't anything to recommend that particular area.

中山八駅近くの便利なホテル

以前の口コミに追記しておきます。 ■現在中山八駅の「Ａ出口」は閉鎖されています。「Ｂ出口」から出て、そのまま中山八路の横断歩道を南側に渡ったら、右（西）に歩いてください。　 ■「内环路」は高架の自動車道の名前で、その下の一般道は「黄沙大道」です。　 ■このホテルの部屋には有料の水が置いてありますが、料金は３元で周辺の店で買うのと同じかむしろ安いです。買い出しに出るのが面倒な場合には、気兼ねなく利用できます。

中山八駅近くの便利なホテル

地下鉄５号線の中山八駅から徒歩１０分の便利で割安なホテルです。部屋は決して広くないし、新しくもありませんが、場所の便利さと若いスタッフ達のまぁまぁ明るい対応が良い点です。 中国の他例と同様、案内地図ではいろんな場所が表示され、一体どこが本当か悩ましいですし、地図上でのちょっとの違いも中国でのこと、荷物を持って歩くと結構骨が折れます。正確な場所は下記ですので参考にしてください。 ・中山八駅のＡ出口から出て、そのまま中山八路の横断歩道を南側に渡ったら、右（西）に歩きます。 ・歩道を２００ｍも歩くと大きく左に湾曲し、内环路との大きな立体交差に差し掛かります。歩行者用陸橋がありますが、これは使わないでください。 ・横断歩道がありますので、内环路を西側に渡ってください。一回で渡りきれなかったら無理をせず、中央分離帯でもう一度青信号になるのを待ちましょう。 ・内环路の西側に渡ったら、また左（南）に進んでください。木が茂っていて見難いですが、また２００ｍも歩くと、佳園連鎖酒店の黄色い看板が縦に表示されたホテルが右側（内环路の西側）に見えてきます。建物の内环路に面した側は、佳園連鎖酒店の表示のある同じようなガラス張りが続きますが、建物の中央付近が入り口です。 中山八駅からホテルまで、大きな荷物を引いてあるいても１０分ほどで到着します。安全確実な移動のために、是非地下鉄５号線を使ってください。

広州火車駅から近い

6月にも宿泊しましたが、駅から5分位の所で移動にとても便利です。 空港からは1時間位でしょうか。 中山八駅近くは携帯や日常生活品、飲食店も沢山あります。 また来年も利用したいです。

親切なスタッフ

ビジネスで２泊滞在しました。 中国語も英語も喋れない私を、とても丁寧に接客して頂きました。 とてもよいホテルです。 ホテルの場所が分かりづらいので「中山八駅　B出口」から出れば、５分位で到着すると思います。

Probably the best budget hotel in Guangzhou

Directions to hotel - Exit Zhongshanba Station Exit A and walk straight along the road towards the Inner Ring Road Highway. Don't go up the pedestrian bridge but cross the main road below the bridge. Straightaway turn left after you cross and walk all the way straight for abt 5 min. There are a couple of signs indicating the hotel is just up ahead, if you can spot them. I booked the hotel only hours before I arrived and it appears that my booking confirmation have not reached them yet. Rather than leave me to my own devices, the hotel staff called the site to clarify matters and eventually gave me a room after that. They were professional and cordial in their service. And it's not just the concierge, the cleaning ladies are polite and smiley too! The colors of the hotel is bright and inviting, a color scheme I don't find in many budget ensembles. The room I was in is also large and spacious. Wifi is stable too. TV was shot, but that's a small price to pay esp since I was already paying so little. My only grouse is that there is no staircase, and only one elevator :/ I should probably mention that there was a small blackout while I was staying there. However, it only lasted less than 5min before electricity resumed. The whole area was pretty quiet and peaceful. You gotta walk about 10min to reach the liwan garden across the road, while 20min would bring you to Zhong Shan Ba train station (red line) - you can get to pretty much anywhere from there
