第一晚: 浴缸上面的磚塊突然掉出來, 嚇一跳, 整晚都不能入睡 第二晚: 半夜三點,突然"砰"一聲, 好大聲, 嚇醒了, 之後還停電, 致電給前台, 安排了一個人上來, 檢查完就說沒有事, 然後離開, 即使我們要求換房, 或更進一步既對話, 此員工不作反應, 依然離開. 後來, 再致電給前台, 要求換房, 一開始是拒絕, 討論十幾分鐘後, 才答應. 連續兩晚也不能入睡, 還嚇了兩次, 心神不定, 請問如何休息?

还可以，只是远离市区，附近也没有超市有点不方便
酒店的设施很好。但地点就远离市集。附近设施不足。缺少超级市场及其他配套。商场也需要步行一段时间。

一進入房間，有一股侷促的味道。但房間很寬敞，浴室也很大。而室內泳池工作人員要求要泳客帶上泳帽，但我們沒一個有，但其實在室外泳池當值的工作人員都沒有執行規定。奇怪！

方便利用地鐵二號線東莞自由行的人事，隣近旗峰山公園和地鐵站。 因結婚周年紀念，到東莞一遊！被主動提升至山景房，從陽臺仰望出外，實令人心曠神怡！房間乾淨闊落，前台人員親切有禮. 有冷暖水泳池設施，大小適中，可讓人舒展筋骨！

放鬆的好地方
登記入住及退房都很慢,應該分開辦理,需然有三個前台職員處理但連同入住一起排隊等候辦理,我前面只有兩個人也等了20分鐘處理15分鐘這不是五星級酒店應有的服務。其他地方就很不錯房間大很舒適,有室內室外泳池,但對於要戴泳帽嘅要求不一,spa很好很舒服,酒店旁邊有座娛樂城有食街、按摩、麻雀室、卡拉OK 吃喝玩樂都可很方便。

Nice hotel & suitalbe for oversea vistors. All staff is polite & give us home feeling, especially front desk. Room is quite big & cleaning. Resturant can provide delicious foods & nice atomsphere to enjoy our travelling.

旁邊就是旗峰山公園、環境很好。旁邊就是地鐵旗峰站 也算便利. 早餐相當豐富。住客很多歐美人、應該是有口碑吧。

附近已經有地鐡站，旗峰山公園旁邊。環境非常優美。飯店設施乾淨舒服，床墊個人覺得非常舒服。早餐選擇也多，食材也新鮮。

1)步行進酒店大門不很清晰，指示不足。只方便駕駛汽車人仕。 2) 過了汽車入口，要拐大圈，由經過汽車清潔服務公司及快遞公司門面那邊之後門，才有方向進店後門，沒什指示! 3)於大門始感受到尚好禮賓服務。 4)大堂服務不錯。 5)店內設備尚好，房間以個人要求不高，有不錯感覺。舒適，山景窗戶，另人心曠神怡。 6)泳池員工，大部分有貼心的，也有別的，不過還是不錯的。 7)餐廳自助早餐時，有改善空間一 i)部分涼拌菜太鹹 ii)一桌兩餐叉變型 iii) 座邊有大蟑螂屍! 以上謹作分亨。
