“Everything was great until it was time for us to check out an early morning. No staff was to be found. We called the number that we were given if we needed help no one answered. They lock the front door so you’re trapped in there. Unless you go out through the garden did I mention it was pouring rain and I had all my bags with me and had to wait for the car service outside in the rain other than that the place was great”

“Property is newly remodeled and each room is unique. Lana and Sarah at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is small and in a great location not far from the duomo. We were able to walk to the train and ferry stations. There are great restaurants within walking distance and we found a bistro close by that had fabulous breakfasts. Only issue is that our room faced the main street and you could hear loud conversations from the bar across the way until about 1:00 am on the……

It’s truly as beautiful as the photos. And what a cool trap door (you’ll have to go and stay to see what I mean ;-). Had a wonderful bathroom, nice bar setup and great open space with panoramic views. You won’t be disappointed ”

It was a short walk from the train station and we could walk to the lake, funicular and olive grove walk so the location was excellent. The apartment was very compact so I would check the floor space before booking. There were no dishwasher tablets or coffee grounds for the machine but these can be bought downstairs. For a short stay it would be good to have at least one dishwasher tablet as most shops are……

"酒店交通十分方便，而且很近中央火車站，在附近找吃及購物都很好。酒店大部分服務及設施都不錯，只是第一天入住大約 7:00PM 全酒店停電了，我們在大堂等了約 45 分鐘才回復正常。"
