「Arrivati il 30 agosto, accoglienza gentile, il personale ci annuncia un upgrade da doppia a tripla con finestra vista mare. Bene sulla carta, peccato che la realtà sia un’altra. La stanza: il letto matrimoniale non era tale, ma due materassi buttati insieme. Risultato? Una fossa in mezzo che ci ha distrutto la schiena in tre notti. 「Fint och fräscht hotell med bra städning varje dag, men tyvärr ingen restaurang eller frukost på hotellet. Servicen var under all kritik då det ALDRIG fanns personal i receptionen. Marina di Castagneto Carducci är fint men skulle inte rekommendera att bo här fler än 2-3 nätter då det är ganska litet, samt lite krångligt att ta sig därifrån då bussarna inte går så ofta.」

The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. If I had know that and that the restaurants were closed most of the time, I probably would’ve gone where it was more consistent.」
