Peaceful paradise

Most glorious piece of heaven. So so quiet, yet 10 minutes away from Coin centre with shops and restaraunts. The pool area has beautiful views. Comfortable beds. Most charming host. More than 5 stars. Thank you Sebastian!

Loved our stay

The property is amazing, it's so isolated and quiet exactly what we wanted. The host was lovely and he showed us around the cottage and explained everything in details. You can tell he takes a great pride in his property. The pool was lovely and it had a great location up on a hill, in the sun all day. The kitchen was well equipped, it had a massive fridge/freezer and all the essentials for prepping meals. We would highly recommend. Gracias!

It was really a fantastic holiday. Sebastian the host was so friendly. Helpful, warm, Hearty! We found the beds a bit hard and the bed upstairs very soft and a bit narrow, but that also differs per person of course what you like. For us that means we don't give a 10! But we really enjoyed every day. Sebastian was so attentive, we regularly got home-grown fruit or vegetables. And when we had trouble with our car he arranged a taxi. All really great! The location is remote from civilization, a car is really necessary. But we didn't find that a problem. The swimming pool is not attached to the house. We found that very nice with a little troublemaker. Then he couldn't accidentally get into the pool when we were having breakfast or something. We really enjoyed 12 days in the house at Guaro!

Holiday of a nightmare. We got there and immediately realised the pictures were nothing like they are on the website. I’m disabled, my 9 month old son has a disability and the main issues we had was the poolWasn’t a pool and wasn’t filtered so it had hundreds of wasps in at all times. The pool isn’t in a ‘garden’ as there isn’t one. It’s up a rocky incline 60 metres away. The air con doesn’t work in the bedrooms so it’s boiling and wasn’t cool enough for my baby. I told the host this and did nothing and said to contact ruralidays. They ignored me, I left voicemails crying begging for them to move us somewhere else or refund us. They said we didn’t qualify for a reason to move even though the aircon wasn’t working, we couldn’t use the pool because it was advertised as being accessible outside. They offered us 1000 euros for a 9 night stay, so 50% back after staying there for less than 24 hours. The company was vile. The host was rude. They ignored me and my husband. Hung up on us. Refused to help. You have to pay a deposit then give the rest in cash. Just don’t stay here. The bedsheet was filthy. Pictures show a completely different house. Ants were all over the kitchen. It doesn’t have an ‘oven’. Or a ‘bbq’. Never experienced such discrimination from a company. They literally laughed in my face and the head of customer services. We left because it wasn’t physically suitable for us. We had to leave. But the way they went about it was disgusting. Stay clea

Eine Unterkunft, die unseren Erwartungen entsprach. Wer Ruhe und Privatsphäre sucht, wird hier nicht enttäuscht sein. Sebastian war sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und ging auf unsere Bedürfnisse ein. Das Tüpfelchen auf dem i war, dass er uns regelmäßig Obst und Gemüse aus seinem Garten anbot. (Für die Anfahrt zur Unterkunft ist ein Fahrzeug erforderlich.)

Wir haben mit großer Freude einen Monat in diesem Haus verbracht. Es liegt in einem wunderschönen, grünen Tal. Sie hören nichts als Vögel. Das Haus selbst ist sehr groß, insbesondere für 2 Personen. Die Küche ist geräumig und komplett ausgestattet. Das Haus wurde ansprechend und mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert. Viele alte Elemente sind erhalten geblieben. Der Besitzer war sehr gastfreundlich, wir fühlten uns willkommen. Danke für all die leckeren Früchte!

Letzte Märzwoche 2023 im Haus. Unser Gastgeber Sebastián empfing uns mit einer Flasche Champagner und einem spektakulären Haus, dem es an keinem Detail mangelt. Der Poolbereich ist wunderschön und mit Ausblicken, die bis zum Hafen von Malaga und zum Meer reichen. Wie Sebastian uns mit seinen Avocados, seinen Bohnen, seinen Orangen aus seiner Ernte verwöhnt, die er gerade für uns gepflückt hat, und mit diesem Teller Avocados, gewürzt so, wie er und sein Vater sie mögen, eskerrik asko (vielen Dank auf Baskisch) Sebastian, ein Beispiel für einen Host. Wir werden uns wiedersehen

Sehr schönes, altes aber hervorragend renoviertes Haus in Natursteinbauweise. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Die Duschbereiche / WC´s sind einwandfrei nutzbar, im Vergleich mit anderen Ferienhäusern vielleicht etwas "kompakt" gehalten. In der Küche ein sehr großer Kühl- /Tiefkühlschrank, Induktionskochfeld, der Backofen zweckmäßig, allerdings als Aufstellgerät nicht für große Ofengerichte geeignet. Der Eigentümer hat uns mit Avocados und frisch gepresstem Orangensaft versorgt... Sehr freundlich, und per Übersetzungs-App um gute Verständigung bemüht. Wer etwas Spanisch spricht ist im Vorteil... Vom etwas höher gelegenen Pool wunderbare Fernsicht und den ganzen Tag über Sonne!

Sebastian lieferte regelmäßig frisches Obst an die Tür, war aber nie überraschend präsent. Die Betten waren in Ordnung und so war die Dusche. Wir haben 8 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und hätten viel länger bleiben können. Die Villa war makellos sauber. Der Pool ist privat und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Landschaft. Es war jedoch die Freundlichkeit von Sebastian und seinem Vater, die uns regelmäßig leckeres Obst und Gemüse vom Bauernhof als Geschenk hinterließen, was diesen Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem machte. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Markus und Suzie.

Heerlijke tijd gehad!

Sebastian is een geweldige host, we hebben genoten van de ecologische sinaasappelsap. Het huis was keurig schoon de bedden zijn heerlijk. Het is alleen niet geschikt voor hele grote/ lange mensen. De omgeving is heerlijk rustig. De tip die we hebben is om misschien een koelbox neer te zetten met koelelementen zodat je die bij het zwembad kunt gebruiken.

Das Haus liegt abgelegen und ruhig, mit Blick auf das Dorf Guaro. Es ist sehr komfortabel und sehr sauber. Der Empfang durch den Besitzer war mehr als perfekt und sehr herzlich. Sebastian ist sehr freundlich und sehr rücksichtsvoll gegenüber seinen Gastgebern; immer um unser Wohl besorgt. Wir hatten das Vergnügen, das Obst und Gemüse von seiner Farm zu probieren, das er diskret auf der Terrasse abgesetzt hat! Kurz gesagt, wir empfehlen 100%
