The space

Guests can also enjoy the residential complex's common areas, such as the oceanfront lagoon-style pool, gardens, relaxation area, direct beach access, and recreational areas. The entire space is available for your enjoyment, provided you always respect the condominium rules.

Important – Holidays (Easter and special dates)
On holidays, the condominium applies special rules to ensure everyone's peace of mind:
• These rules only apply to bookings with check-in on a holiday. If your reservation starts a few days earlier, these special restrictions do not apply to you.
• No visitors are allowed without prior registration.
• Parking spaces inside the complex are exclusively for owners; visitors must park outside.
• Strict maximum capacity: • 2 bedrooms: 4 people
• Services such as housekeeping are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
• The maintenance department only handles emergencies during these days.
• No house moves or construction work are allowed inside the complex during holidays.
These rules are established by the condominium management, and failure to comply with them may affect access or your stay.
All guests must send their passport, ID, or driver's license immediately after confirming the reservation. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to enter the complex.
For stays longer than 7 nights, electricity consumption is not included in the rate and will be charged additionally based on usage. This allows us to maintain competitive rates for short stays and encourage responsible consumption during long stays.
