Enjoyed a weekend in Guayaquil. Staff is attentive and genuinely helpful. The hotel is an older property but well-maintained — good price point for the area and what it offers. Breakfast was good. Solid choice for a quiet, relaxed stay in a central location

La atención es pésima, los servicios son muy malos, no tienen códigos de limpieza, las habitaciones las limpian demasiado tarde como à las 06:30 pm Los baños están en malas condiciones, las toallas tienen un color desagradable, la habitación huele mal y nunca dejan las cosas completas como toallas, papel higiénico, etc, etc, etc El desayuno esta frio y desagradable. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto es demasiado caro el precio del hospedaje lo que se recibe. Y si usted les dice algo al respecto todos los empleados se ponen a la defensiva. Deberían cambiar de administración o cerrar el hotel

The bathtub is in need of maintenance. I didn't request cleaning service, but there was hair on the floor in the room and the refrigerator wasn't cooling. The breakfast was excellent. I don't like to give these reviews, but I think they should take a little more care.thanks

The room, it's just perfectly fine. If you're not OCD. It's not perfect, but for the price. It's absolutely amazing. The people are super helpful. They're nicer than orteverde, it's a really nice place to stay. They have a gorgeous pool. Unfortunately, it's been under maintenance, but hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to enjoy it. Overall, it's just a little old, but it's fabulous. I love it. The people make it amazing! The only issue I had was that the tub wasn't scrubbed, and the minute I ask the gentleman downstairs, he took care of it. I do highly recommend, is it? The paint might be chipping on ends that you shouldn't be looking at. But as overall, it's so worth the price. At great view, wonderful ambiance and again, the people are just so amazing
