It was late when we arrived.We got a taxi from the airport for 14. Alice had kindly bought us bread, cheese, ham, butter and water so that we didn't have to go looking for the 24hr supermarket when we arrived. We loved the location looking onto the bay. It was on a main road but not too noisy.The area we stayed in (around Birzebbuga) wasn't touristy but you could walk 5-10mins to some nice restaurants and bars or prepare food in the apartment, which was well equipped.

Das Appartment ist wundervoll authentisch vom Stil und von der Lage und bietet einen tollen Blick von der Terasse. Die Küche ist mit Allem notwendigen ausgestattet um sich auf Wunsch voll zu verpflegen. Fußläufig gibt es einen kleinen Einkaufsladen, der erstaunlich gut aufgestellt war, auch eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Lage ist eher ruhig, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Erreichbarkeit und Aufmerksamkeit der Gastgeberin: Sie hat uns zur Ankunft Wasser und Lebensmitteln für ein vollwertiges Frühstück versorgt, dabei hat sie sich sehr bemüht auf unsere Vorlieben und Wünsche einzugehen (unter anderem vegane Lebensmittel).
