「We loved everything about this place. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Our apartment had plenty of space, comfortable beds, a kitchenette, great showers and a beautiful view of the mountains. 「We just finished our 2 week stay here at this beautiful and historic property. It has been one of our most memorable stays anywhere. The home was spotless and provided everything we needed. "飯店地點雖然不在Ortisei鎮上，但是距離也不算遠，搭巴士大約10分鐘內可以到，且飯店前面就有車站，非常方便（飯店都有送巴士券可以免費搭）。因為是自助式飯店，所以Check in時間比較沒有彈性，但有停車場（飯店前方及地下室都可以停）很方便，提早到可以把行李放車上停在停車場即可，櫃台人員說有監視器可以放心！因為飯店前面就有車站，前往西多洛米蒂各主要景點纜車站都算方便。房間很乾淨，Social lounge很不錯，還有洗/烘衣機方便使用（1次5歐元），也有冰塊/泠熱飲水機，唯一不太方便的是房內沒有冰箱，其他都很棒！"
