I cannot comment on staff since we did not meet any. The check in is fully automated which worked well. The hotel itself needs some TLC. The hallway is lacking love and filled with dying plants. The room smelled very bad but the sheets etc were clean. All in all ok for one night but very pricey for what it is. Would not stay here again if there was a good alternative. The location is good though as it is right in the city center.

Noticeably unmanned

Check in was smooth with a machine. We had som plumbing issues that we didn’t receive any help with and communication was sub par. Other than that it was ok and more or less for the description.

The self check in worked better then I thought it would. The main problem was the room being too hot. It needs a fan. Opening the windows helped but then the street noise and church bells kept you awake. Buy a fan.

Acceptable and quick. It can improve.

Clean, quick and out, but normal maintenance should be improved. It's a self check-in. Easy when you finally find it. Beds are ok. Pillows can improve, small maintenance will help the overall look alot. Everything is very clean. I wouldn't say its a place i would stay a week. But as a pitstop for travelers or a weekend stay it will be good. Again very clean and ok overnight. Great size tv in room and spacious. Overall a nice experience. Breakfast would have been nice.

Problem during chek-in, auto chek-in didn't work, phone number from the main door didn't answer. If you need, use number from app. Kettle in the room doesn't work. Doors are not tight, you can hear everything from the corridor. Sink im bathroom was plugged.

Stadthotel an super Lage. Der Zustand der Zimmer ist ok, aber einige Dinge sind defekt (Handtuchhalter hält nicht, Duschwandglas fehlt). Preis-/Leistung ist ok für die Lage mitten in der Fussgängerzone zwischen Restaurants.

Check in automático foi bem prático porque chrgamos depois de 22h, mas o fato de não conseguir se comunicar com o hotel causa uma certa insegurança. O quarto era bom, só o banheiro que molhou bastante por causa do chuveiro. Não tem gente na recepção mas os funcionários foram solicitos para eu deixar a mala. Entretanto, quando retornei à noite para buscar, tive certa dificuldade de acessar o hotel, mas no fim deu tudo certo. Acho que o hotel está muito bem localizado,serviu muito bem ao nosso objetivo de passar a noite para o Legoland. É possível ir andando até a estação e de lá pegar o shuttle bus para o parque.

Direkt in der Stadt. Gut gelegen. Viele Lokale und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Parken ist etwas schwierig, da es leider nur 4 Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel gibt. Saubere Zimmer! Für einen Kurztripp jederzeit zu Empfehlen.

Ob die Buchung registriert wurde, weiß man nie.

Reservierung wurde zwar von Hotel.com bestätigt, kam aber offenbar nie beim Hotel an. Nachdem das Hotel keinen persönlichen Check-In anbietet, sondern nur einen Automaten am Eingang hängen hat, der natürlich nichts von meiner Buchung wusste, dauerte es über eine Stund, bis das (mühsam) telefonisch kontaktierte Management die Buchung manuell nachträglich aktivierte. (Fast eine Stunde in einer uncharmanten Nebengasse bei - 4 Grad....) Das Zimmer selbst war ok, wenn auch nich geheizt (s.o. "Aussentemperatur" ...) mit einem großzügigen modernen Bad. Frühstück wird konsequenterweise ebenfalls nicht angeboten. Der Hotel ist definitiv nur für Durchreisende, Vertreter und Monteure gedacht. Wegen des Risikos aufgrund offensichtlicher Kommunikationsprobleme mit den Buchungplattformen dann aber möglicherweise im Auto schlafen zu müssen, disqualifiziert sich das Hotel und seine personalfreie Rezeption selbst. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Zweckmässige Unterkunft im Herzen von Günzburg

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und wir hatten sogar 2 Zimmer. Leider war das eine Lavabo verstopft. Da es keine Reception hatte wurde es nicht behoben bis wir abgereist sind, obwohl wir es elektronisch gemeldet haben. Beim TV konnte die Lautstärke nicht angepasst werden. Sonst war alles in Ordnung und zweckmässig und sehr zentral in Günzburg. Es wäre angebracht, wenn auf Hotels.com informiert würde, dass es KEIN Restaurant mit Frühstück mehr in der Unterkunft hat. Die Bilder zeigen etwas anderes.

Boa relação custo-benefício em Gunzburgo
