*** NO Driveway Parking - driveway is steep & not practical
-Dog Friendly! 2 Dog Maximum - $100 Dog Fee per Pup - Yard is not enclosed -Dogs must be leashed when outdoors -Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless QUIETLY crated.
-Windy narrow roads to access the home
-Clothes washer & dryer in basement
-Please plan to use your personal accounts for streaming services
-Quiet Hours: 9pm - 9am - Strictly enforced County ordinance
