Perfect privacy for two couples . The layout is perfect and so spacious! I thought the 2nd bedroom would have a terrible view but it opens up to the living room and has a even better view of the outside when door is open . I can’t wait to go back. 「Many times to Mexico, first time to Ixtapa. The area itself is beautiful with lots to see and do over our 2 week stay. The Bay View Grand Marina is perfectly situated and extremely well-maintained. Our unit was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our getaway. The owner and his Property Manager team were super professional and quick to respond with answers to questions or handle any minor issues. We felt cared about and looked after. We are already loking forward to returning!」

「The house is beautiful. We enjoyed the pools and walking to the beach front. Having the Marina in the back yard is amazing. The patio was very welcoming. 「This was a family trip with adult children in their 30s. The accommodations were perfect and everyone enjoyed the second floor balcony overlooking it beach just absolutely breathtaking. We were in walking distance to all of the restaurants . We will definitely be going back!」

「My family of 5 loved our week in Ixtapa. Monarca Ixtapa is a beautiful, relaxing place. We enjoyed walking the beach, eating breakfast and lunch at La Pergola (onsite restaurant next to the pool and beach) and heading out to Ixtapa or Zihuat for dinner. We once even saw humpback whales playing in the ocean from our table at La Pergola! I would highly recommend this option for anybody looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation.」
