This tastefully decorated 32 m² apartment, located on the 3rd floor of a charming residence 50 m from Bas-Poudu beach in Guidel, consists of :

- A living room with a sofa bed
- An open equipped kitchenette
-A bedroom with a 140 cm bed
- A bathroom (shower, wc)
- Corridor with cupboards

Outside :
- From the 6m² terrace, facing south, magnificent sea view.
- Free parking spaces at the bottom of the residence.
- Leisure shops on site (restaurants, bars, etc.).
- Supermarket and bakery on site

Equipment: electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, induction hob, television, coffee maker, garden furniture.

All nautical activities in the immediate vicinity (sailing, surfing...). Departure for coastal hiking trails. Bike path along the sea nearby.
All shops and services, supermarket, in the center of Guidel at 4 km.

Important ! Please note :
- Bed linen and bathroom linen not provided - Possibility of rental : €16/set of sheets or €19/set of duvets; 1 Kit of towels (2 towels, 2 bath sheets, 2 towels, 1 bath mat) : €20, or possibility per unit
- Departure cleaning to be carried out by the tenant or possibility of booking a cleaning package: 60 €
- Animals accepted with a supplement of 28 €/animal/week

Magnifique appartement vue mer

Appartement d'une propreté impeccable, très bien agencé, joliment décoré, équipement complet. Magnifique vue sur la baie. Tous les commerces à proximité, restaus sympas juste en bas, parkings gratuits juste à côté. Ça nous a donné envie de revenir !
