"Our stay was great , the only issue we had was at 445 AM the fire alarm went off and everyone had to evacuate . Fortunately we were awake , showered and ready to head to airport for our flight home. We will definitely stay with them again when we are in the area to visit family "

"Rooms were nice and extremely clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet was unreal. Eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, grits and tons more. Best free breakfast i ever had by far. "

"Janine provides a clean, well equipped home. She's a great communicator, and the space is as described. The stay was perfect for our work trip to the area. When we had to extend one night, Janine was very accommodating. Please note, the stay requires either a refundable 5,000 damage deposit, or a non-refundable 119 insurance policy to book, so keep that in mind!"

"All the rooms were clean, a towel and washcloth left on each bed (3 of us, I was in the master so I got a bonus towel).The entryway and subsequent hallway are a bit narrow. The dining room features a large wood (woodish) table, but I think the large chairs that bookend them are a bit much for the space, you end up bumping into the wall/mirror.Oh, mirrors are around, including one above the stairs, which could be helpful for "fit checks", though lighting can be a little dim here and also in the bedrooms without the use of the nightstand lamps.Features a small countertop ice maker, coffee maker with some pop-ins and creamer (sorry not a coffee person, so terms escape me). The kitchen itself is nice, we didn't cook. Fridge, stove, oven, microwave over stove, counter space. Master bedroom was nice and decently spacious. Has a nice sized shower, but you are on top of the window overlooking parking, so close the blinds when undressed!My friends ventured out onto the back patio are, though I didn't. This featured a small table with some chairs and also swing seating and a bit of yard space. the design of the house, allows for privacy from the home on the right. (this unit in on the end and has some space before the next set of homes).You get an assigned slot right in front of the house and it's usually next to an unmarked spot. We made use of both, especially as we used one vehicle to get around.Nothing bad to report, it was a nice spot for a quick trip with friends."
