「環境很好，離市區景點近，晚上在酒店訂了遊兩江四湖，酒店裡有免費提供的飲品和水果在櫃檯旁無限取用，管家很棒很親切，還有微信的專屬管家，隨時能在線服務。頂樓露台和無邊際泳池一定得去一趟，傍晚太美了，怎麼拍怎麼美的！ 🚢 夜遊核心亮點日月雙塔：位於杉湖，金銀兩塔在夜色中交相輝映，是遊船行程中最著名的地標。各式名橋：景區內有 19 座各具特色的橋樑，如仿巴黎凱旋門、仿舊金山金門大橋等，夜間會亮起七彩燈光。民俗表演：航行途中可見「漁火秀」，觀賞漁民與魚鷹（鸕鶿）配合捕魚的千年非遺技藝。總之～都很棒！還有小孩專屬的遊樂區唷！推薦五顆星🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟」

"We have mixed views on this Banyan Tree Property. The room and the grounds were lovely and very well maintained, including things for kids to do, however there were some key details lacking which means this property falls short of the standards we expect from Banyan Tree. Firstly the service was quite frosty and not as attentive as it could have been, I know there was a language barrier, but it doesn’t account for everything. Please note I would not put our butler in this category - Teresa was absolutely fantastic and a testament to the hotel. Nothing was too much effort for her and she made our stay very enjoyable. Secondly, the breakfast was very average in terms of quality of food and service. I would expect much better from a five star property. Finally, there was a terrible paint fumes smell at the swimming pool on the final day of our stay. Other guests also commented on this."
