"Santa Barbara is a lovely accommodation in GDS. great location and close to lovely places to eat. The room and complex was ideal. Very good. I gave 4 stars but would have given 5 if I didn’t need to contact for th bed change/towel change as they kept missing our apartment out. However then did the change the next day and they apologised for missing us twice."

"The view from the balcony is what it is all about, absolutely wonderful. It was peaceful listening to the waves (although I did need ear plugs at night.) The tiny beach and steps area was busy at the weekend and over the Easter break but it was a nice sound to hear children playing and having fun, not at all disturbing us. The apartment was small but because it is open plan it seemed spacious. The kitchen is small but ok for one person at a time which worked well for me lol. The gas cooker was good and having a microwave really helped. They had a posh coffee machine which took pods not the filter coffee machine that was shown. The living space had a new sofa, different from the one in the photos, bigger with a couple of big cushions.A nice dinner table.The bedrooms were good, the single bedroom was adequate with a cupboard with extra bedding etc, a small chest of drawers and some hanging space. The double bedroom had hanging and a chest of drawers.All in all we had a fantastic stay and Monica and veronica were great hosts and always responded quickly, we had a couple of little issues that were resolved with no problems which gave us confidence to ask for help if needed.We would definitely stay here again. "

"This was our second stay at the hotel and we would definitely recommend it! The staff are all fantastic, friendly and so helpful from the reception desk to the bars and the entertainment team work so hard, the kids all adore them (our child had talked about them since our last visit and was so happy that they remembered her!) Rooms are a really good size, clean and well equipped. The only area for improvement is the buffet. The food they serve is really good, however, we often found it labelled incorrectly and it would be amazing if more dairy free options were available as there were days when there was very little choice and never any suitable desserts. Other than that, everything is fantastic!"
