"Positive. - Staff when we arrived. Very nice. Great explanations. Good recommendations for restaurant. - breakfast is inclused. Limited choice but very good Negative - high level of humidity in the room. - smell of humidity as well as mold - the mattress is really bad. Both of us ended up in the middle. Need to be changed asap - this was the most expensive hotel during our vacation and the worst one. "

"Staff were very friendly. Even though i was at the qrong meating point when i git off at the airport were very understanding and when i checked out put my food in the fridge so i could take it home later on. Shower was either blazing hot or freezing. Only complaint but other than that it was a perfect stay. Breakfast was very reasonable too. As long as you are fit enough its also a single road to get into the centre of the city"

"Absolutely friendly customer focused staff! Two minute walk to the airport terminal and two minute walk to the metro to downtown and parking right out front !!!! I stayed out at the airport rather than downtown so I wouldn't have to find a place to park my car. This hotel was absolutely perfect or stop in a long journey all around Portugal."
