There's nothing charming or beautiful about this hotel, or the area it is in, so the only reason most people come is business (we were there as part of a vacation, but we were exceptions). 「The check-in experience on the day of our arrival was rather unpleasant. Due to the heavy cleaning workload during the holiday, our check-in was delayed. Shortly after we settled in and began to rest, another guest used a key card to enter our room. This happened because of a front desk error, where the room was assigned twice, which gave us quite a fright. 「The shower head is leaking so the water fall out and not splush out. Hence, one has to stay very close to the pipe & wall to shower or one has to hold the shower head with one hand and wash with the other one only. No specific floor towel outside the bath door. No European breakfast as stated. Checking in and out are not according to queue. 」
