"Didn’t realize you had to reserve the shuttle in advance. Waited 45 mins at airport, also they couldn’t take us back the next morning due to an airline contract. The hotel is nice but shuttle is not readily available so uber cost us $25. Next time will stay at hotel with better airport shuttle service. "

The beach was clean and perfect for relaxing. We especially love the location - at the very end of the area and crowds. "We love staying at the Hilton however this past experience was not so great. The staff upon checkout were all rude and showed a bit of racism and favoritism. Never expected that because in the past it was always a pleasurable experience. The room was awesome except for the shower door wouldn't close properly without lifting up on it and the hot water wasn't working properly. Checking out made this stay very disappointing. Your staff needs to work on their customer service. Courtesy and kindness is key. The view was breath taking.l "
