“I booked the four seasons expecting 5 star treatment and accommodations & that wasn't what i received. The hallways smelled, whenever i called down for anything it took 20 minutes plus & multiple calls. The hotel tub wasnt cleaned to standard & the fill in with the sheets were dirty. I was heavily disappointed”
