「Great property, friendly staff.」

「I’m not sure about bringing pets. However I did see someone walk out with one to use the bathroom. I only stayed 1 night. It was beautiful! Nice location near a few things. 1 problem I had was the charger port was making a frying noise so I didn’t get a chance to charge my electronics. Also, they charge $20 a day for a microwave which is insane! I would definitely stay again!」

「Got in around midnight, so I wasn’t surprised that no food places on property were open. Even still, would’ve expected a casino resort to have at least one 24 hour food spot. But then morning comes and the buffet is not open until 11, no breakfast. One restaurant is open in the morning selling overpriced sandwiches. 」

「I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. 「The hotel was nice - great options for food/drink. We particularly enjoyed the cabana rentals - fair price and very friendly staff (Kevin). Every server, bartender and main desk employee was kind and helpful. The beach was very well maintained and I will stay here again. The only negative was paying to park, which sounds like it’s becoming more common at hotels/resorts.」

「Pink Shell is a great place to stay with lots of things to do without leaving the resort. The resort was very clean and staff were pleasant. There are many different places to purchase food and drinks and plenty of free fun activities. The included breakfast is a step above and was very convenient. 「This was are 2nd time to this Hilton property and it did not disappoint. There had been remodeling done since our last trip & it was very nice. Love this resort and have booked another stay for October. You wouldn’t have to leave the resort if you didn’t want too. Plenty of amenities. Food is delicious! Wonderful breakfast with omelet and waffle and pancakes made to order along with an amazing buffet. Food at the other restaurants did not disappoint. Two large pools that never feel crowded....
