「The room had a distinct smell to it. The ac unit in the room was pretty noisy when it would turn off and on automatically. The shelf in the bathroom was broken, there was some kind of substance embedded into the comforter/duvet. The valet staff was kind. It wasn’t much of a staff issue as much as it was a software training issue. I’m assuming the property doesn’t get many bookings through Expedia which may be why they couldn’t figure out the system for about 20 minutes. They did provide a...
