“I booked based on it being new, the rooms were clean and nice but the amenities as far as pool furniture and outdoor seating smelled and was disgusting. The front desk staff always seemed stressed out and very confused and slow. Willing to help they just weren't confident or trained in a lot. Bartenders very very untrained. Breakfast was great and the Starbucks was life saving! Especially since due to bad weather outdoors bars and food bars were closed. Its definitely a family friendly place but……

“We brought 4 children, ages ranged from 7-13. This place was clean. Convenient to the beach and pool. The host was quick ro answer any questions I asked.”

“I’m not really sure where to start.. when we arrived we were greeted and checked in although it was a bit discombobulated. We got to our room and there were gaps around the door that we later discovered also let the rain in through the cracks. There were also what appeared to be burn holes in the bedding. There is zero noise control in the room. We could hear people having conversations down in the parking lot from inside the room with the door closed (we were on the 4th floor). We understand……

“I liked the property close to the ocean and the view was beautiful I did not care to much for the pancake house located in the back of the office the food was not good the service was slow and never got anyone for a refill of coffee prices were to high for what we got, My granddaughter ordered egg omlet all it was was scrambled egg folded over no cheese not nothing service was bad”

“Had to move rooms sheets had lots of stains there was bugs in the room had to move rooms the first day bc of the door”

“The property had broken boards along the walkway. This was unsafe for everyone. The patio furniture had broken arm rails! The back yard pool was not in use and this was inconvenient. The couch was stained and dirty. The only positive was the place was clean in the sleeping areas with clean bed linens and plenty of towels were provided for our use. ”

“Because the children were on spring break, we spent a delightful three day vacation here. It's very convenient as various restaurants and shops are within walking distance and there's a beautiful beach right outside the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly. Although the facilities in the room were a bit outdated, it was still clean and hygienic. The kitchen was well equipped with enough utensils for us to cook our own meals. Right next to it is “ The hangout “ (101 E Beach Blvd )”

“The condo was much smaller than expected. Once the couch was folded out for a bed and the queen Murphy bed put down there wasn't room to walk or for luggage. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The swimming pool and deck were nice. Parking was easy and yhey had onsite sevurity.”
