3 BR, 3 BA - Newly tiled bathrooms!! New appliances, cabinets, countertops!! New pics coming of our renovations!

All 7+ day stays qualify for a 30% discount and monthly discounts are 40%. Those are automatically calculated at checkout.

Come relax in our home. Plenty of room with 3 Bedrooms (2 king beds and 1 queen bed) and 3 Full Bathrooms. All showers have brand new tile. Master bathroom has a new rainfall shower on the right and a detachable head shower on the left. There are brand new appliances, kitchen cabinets, and granite countertops throughout. A foldout sofa is also available for additional sleeping arrangements.

Enjoy all 4 pools and hot tubs on the property along with all the sugary white sand the Gulf coast has to offer. We are located on the Club level (15th floor) of the Bristol Tower.

Village Hideaway ~
Casual dining with more a large number of flat screen televisions to watch your favorite sports teams. Enjoy the golf simulator, shuffle board table, pool tables, or one of many arcade games.

Happy Hour: Mon - Fri 3:00-6:00 PM

Village Creamery ~
While enjoying the pools and beaches, take a break at the Village Creamery and have a treat. There is something there for everyone!

Village Lawn (seasonal) ~
Grab a bite at one of many food trucks! Each truck offers a unique selection. Smoked BBQ, Sandwiches, Paninis, Burritos, or cocktails and craft beer are some of the items you can enjoy!

Coast Restaurant (seasonal) ~
Enjoy a casual family dining experience. You can request to be seated in the outside veranda overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Treat yourself to a signature cocktail while soaking in the best sunsets on the Gulf Coast. Reservations are recommended

Gulfside Bar & Grill (seasonal) ~
This poolside bar and eatery is perfect to grab a bite or refreshing beverage while enjoying the beach, pool, or hot tub. The menu includes salads, sandwiches, Turkey and Chicken wraps, chicken tenders, and hummus.

There are 4 large pools on the property free of charge. All of them are easily accessible along the boardwalk including the large one right behind our building before you get to the beach. Volleyball nets are available on the beach and in front of our complex. There are a couple bbq grills available to use in the front near the volleyball court. A full basketball court is in front of the next complex (Catalina).

We are NOT members of the clubhouse next door since we never use them and our guests usually do not either. Clubhouse Facilities may or may not be available for an additional fee to be paid onsite through the clubhouse (only pay if you use it!) They have let guests pay a daily fee in the past, but they have also turned away guests.
We have beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and some beach toys in the balcony closet you are welcome to use during your stay!
A single parking pass is provided to you. Each additional parking pass is available for $40 that is good for your stay. See you at the beach!!
